I called Waterloo with a special request for short-term storage recently. Despite my unusual requirements, they were able to provide me with a solution that was what I needed, for a fair price. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The facility is in excellent shape and set up for good security; access was simple. As with any custom contract, there was a small amount of pre-entry communication, but nothing more complicated than reserving a hotel these days. (Thanks, Will) Are they easy to access? Absolutely.
