A-Verdi Self Storage started in Savannah, NY as a small, family-owned business with one goal — to offer our neighbors a simple, secure place to store the things that matter most. We built our reputation on dependability, doing things the right way, and staying connected to the communities we serve.

After opening a second location in Marcy, we began expanding into nearby towns — first Baldwinsville and Clay, then Batavia and Darien Center. Each move was about more than just growth; it was about showing up with the right mindset, building relationships, and offering storage solutions people could count on.

As time went on, we added locations in Syracuse, Utica, Glenmont, and Corning. A lot of these were family-run facilities that local owners trusted us to take over — and that trust means everything to us.

These days, we’re proud to offer clean, secure, and affordable self storage across Upstate New York, for both homes and businesses. We’re still guided by that same mix of hard work, vision, and a genuine appreciation for the people who choose us.
