Secure Self-Storage Units in Waterloo, NY

In my opinion, the best storage facility in the area. Will, in the office is both punctual and friendly!

Moving out, keys lost for one unit. I wasn't sure who to contact given that there's typically no one in the office and I was in another country at the time. I contacted A-Verdi's general line and Will was very quick to respond and to coordinate to have someone come over to remove the lock. He provided his direct email which helped make things more efficient. I was no longer living in the area and could not commit to a time that overlapped (sick, last minute work responsibilities, travel time and appointment changes) and he was very patient and we finally got it done. This level of service was and is most appreciated in a day and age where often there's a generic response, an electronic equivalent to shrugging shoulders and saying "oh well, we can't help you", no response, or delayed responses with unclear communications. Employees like Will give a company a good reputation. Thank you so much Will for all that you did to facilitate our move out.

If you need a storage unit, these guys make it easy. If you go in person, the hours that someone is on site aren't great (minus one star!), but when I love going or calling with my questions when I know Will K. is working - he is one of the nicest guys you'll run across.
