I took over my sister's unit, after she died. I have paid for the unit for over 5 years. The man WILL,has been extremely kind. I am bring my sister's thing home to Florida, finally! Will has made this move easy for me, he has shown great empathy on me getting these things, and knows how important her things mean to me. I feel like I'm bringing a piece of my baby sister home.thank you will all the help.

Will is an absolute sweetheart, a truly kind soul in today's harsh world! He was incredibly kind to me and my family when I lost my job and was struggling financially. He was amazingly understanding about the situation, even going to lengths like contacting me personally about appropriate times he could charge my payments. The storage is so safe and secure and with Will there, you can't go wrong storing your stuff here with peace of mind! A great storage company, great prices, great management!

First, Will is an amazing manager & THE best asset A-Verdi has to offer. Now I've been a happy customer at this facility for over 10 years. A lot of life changes happen in 10 years. And as it happened for me, my Mom, out of the blue suddenly passed away. And Mom had a lifetime of stuff! I reached out to A-Verdi, Will answered the phone, and became part of the solution. Will not only quickly (it was the next day!) located another unit for which to temporarily store & have the time to thoughtfully go through Mom's stuff, but took it upon himself to locate it near our regular unit, making it so much easier on us moving the "keep" over. Thoughtfulness like that is rare. Not to mention how smart & practical that move was. This is just one of the many stories I can share on Will's excellent customer service & character. This facility has always been grade A. Will absolutely makes it A++. Much appreciation.
