I moved up from South Carolina after my mom passed away. Will was great in making a complicated and stressful situation a breeze. I was a mess when I walked in, not having a clue what I needed. I was also in a rush since I had an appointment with the bank to settle my mother's accounts. This whole process has been a nightmare! I walked up to the counter and was greeted with a smile by Will who asked how he could help. I laid it all out for him in what seemed to be one breath and asked what I need to do. He was amazing. Started with what I had (Anything Not in a box or tote) he showed me 2 and I went with the bigger of the two. This took less than 10 minutes mind you. I brought up my next issue which was the cost since ive already spent tons of money in travel and the moving company cleaning my mother's house and having another expense was going to hurt. He told me that he would take care of it and he did. I paid 100.00 less then Extra Space and they offer insurance. Will made everything so simple! My final worry was that the moving company is coming Saturday and no one will be here. He gave me a Gate code that I can give them and he called me the very next Monday and changed it so that only I have! Great experience Thank you Will.

I was renting here for years and they always worked with me, fixed issues quick and provided excellent service. Will was instrumental, always had excellent customer service and a positive attitude. I had to downsize but if I needed a storage unit again I'd definitely go with A-Verdi and hopefully Will again!

I took over my sister's unit, after she died. I have paid for the unit for over 5 years. The man WILL,has been extremely kind. I am bring my sister's thing home to Florida, finally! Will has made this move easy for me, he has shown great empathy on me getting these things, and knows how important her things mean to me. I feel like I'm bringing a piece of my baby sister home.thank you will all the help.
