One of the nicer storage areas ive seen. The rep in the office is Will and who I normally work with. He just makes things easy! I run a small construction company and things are always changing. Recently needed to renew my insurance as well update my account information. I tried to do it myself online but wasnt sure what to do and was worried id mess it up. I called Will and with a email he was able to get everything updated and submitted. I have spoke to a few reps and for a bigger company like them are its nice that your not just pushed off.

The service you get from this establishment is unlike any other I have experienced! The gentleman that runs the lot has so much on his plate and always seems to be busy but the moment I walk in I'm greeted with a big smile and welcome by name. I've gone to the same bank for 20 plus years and don't get that reception. The reason im adding this review is for what he did today! My brother passed away and I have been going through the things he left behind and decided to store the lot of it till Spring when I can take my time going through it! I used a moving company that was supposed to take my belongings to the storage facility and place them in the unit and call me when they arrived! That didn't happen, Instead they took all his stuff and placed it in front of the unit and drove off. NO ONE CALL ME! Thankfully Will noticed my stuff just hanging out and called me to tell me. I rushed over to fine a mound of boxes just sitting there! I'm 73 years old and just had my hip replaced last year. Seeing this made me want to cry and I Will noticed! He walked away and came back few moments later with a hand cart and said "I got this" and he did. He had it done in no time. I tried to pay him and he wouldn't accept it and asked if Id do this instead! I could of cried allover again! I wont be going anywhere any time soon!
