Quick and Easy move in process. Took all of 5 mins to gice my info. Comes with a lock which helped ALOT since with the move I completely forgot to grab one! Will was super patient with us when we got there and couldnt find the unit, he emailed us over a map almost instantly and than guided us on the phone right to the front door! The unit was spotless and like he said there was a bag on the floor with a pair of work gloves and a brand new lock and keys! Im very impressed with our unit and even more so on how we where treated. I would recommend this company to my family...especially knowing the employees they have like Will are going to treat them right!

Will was amazing! I first met him when I leased at his facitly in Baldwinsville! My daughter is going to school in utica and we moved her into an apartment! He got me setup and into the unit even though he had closed for the day! When I called I had expected to get a voicemail or an answering service that offers little to no help in a time were I need a unit yesterday! Instead I got Will. He never once mentioned that they were closed or rush me around to get me off the phone. I had an idea of what size I thought I needed but wasn't sure and it turned out that no one was on-site and He worked in syracuse! I figured I would end up just having to guess since there was no one to show me around.... No, he asked me a few questions on what I was storing and the size of the moving truck we rented and about how full it was. From there he suggested a 10x15 to a 10x20 and offered to direct us to the units so that we could see it in person to get a better idea! Turns out we didnt need too he was spot on! The 10x15 was Perfect! Not only that it came with a brand new lock that felt heavy duty. Then I get a call 2 days later from him to check in and see how the move worked out and congratulated us again on the new home! Who does that? Not only stay late to help a random person at the location they dont run and then to follow up 2 days later. He gave me his contact info incase we needed something till the manager is back from holiday. Very impressed with A-Verdi and the people they employee and thank you Will for being amazing in a stressful time!

We have been using them for our storage needs since moving to Utica. Very affordable pricing and love the ability for indoor climate controlled storage. Super easy to sign up and get a unit. Amazing so far!
