Quick and Easy move in process. Took all of 5 mins to gice my info. Comes with a lock which helped ALOT since with the move I completely forgot to grab one! Will was super patient with us when we got there and couldnt find the unit, he emailed us over a map almost instantly and than guided us on the phone right to the front door! The unit was spotless and like he said there was a bag on the floor with a pair of work gloves and a brand new lock and keys! Im very impressed with our unit and even more so on how we where treated.
